Have you been wondering about what meditation is all about? Are you curious to find out some of the foundational practices so you can begin learning at home?
This 8 week program will introduce you to the foundational practices of meditation and help you explore some of its history and benefits. This lunch time series will introduce a key concept and a new meditation each week. In between classes you are requested to continue daily practice to further your learning.
This program will be conducted over 8 consecutive weeks on Monday lunchtime between 12:25 pm till 1:30pm. The class size is limited to 6 participants to ensure the quality of the learning and support for each person.
