Mindfulness is much more than learning to be present in the moment. It is the ability to to be present with clarity and discernment – to be able to experience life (events, people, thoughts and emotions) consciously and respond with wisdom. When you are mindful, you are able to recognise and cultivate beneficial tendencies that lead to genuine happiness and eliminate unhealthy ones. Our mindfulness programs help you develop clarity, mental and emotional balance and lead a meaningful life that is in alignment with your inner values. Everyone can benefit from mindfulness – regardless of your cultural, economic, or spiritual background.

With deep roots in the ancient wisdom and contemplative cultures, mindfulness is now recognised by modern psychology and science as a proven method to manage stress, improve attention, and acquire emotional and mental balance. Additionally, it provides many health-enhancing benefits, like reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety, relieving physical complaints like headaches, and even enhancing immunity to illness and improved health recovery.  Ultimately, mindfulness increases ones ability to have a calm and stable mind that is able to effectively respond in a beneficial way to challenges that arise in life.

This program will be conducted over 6 consecutive weeks on Monday evenings commencing on Monday 23rd January between 6:30pm till 9:15pm. The class size is limited to 10 participants to ensure the quality of the learning and support for each person.
