Currently Mark is conducting a trial of new client contact and booking system (VCITA) that will hopefully facilitate making an appointment easier. This new system will ask you to register your basic details. Once you have registered you will be easily be able to keep track of your appointments, receive reminders by email and /or sms and pay your accounts online by bank transfer and by credit cards. Hopefully will mean that you will get a response from me in a more timely and efficient way.
