It gives me great pleasure to announce my next Mindful Healing Program scheduled to commence on Thursday 11th June at 5pm.
The Mindful Life Program is pleased to announce a new 10-week mindful living program focused on how best to support our own healing. The program has been specially designed to focus on assisting individuals who are personally struggling through hurt, injury, illness or circumstance.
Currently, in our communities across the globe, we are being challenged in a foundational way to change how we live, work, connect and socialise. These changes and the uncertainties associated with it may promote fear and worry and a feeling that we are out of routine, isolated, and out of our comfort zone.
This program will also be of great benefit for those of you trying to come to terms with the impact of the COVID 19 Pandemic. It may provide practical support for those who are isolating at home and are looking for additional ideas and structure during periods of restrictions or confinement.
If you would like to learn beneficial practices that can support your healing, this program will help you to develop and implement a daily healing plan. The aim of this plan is to assist you in being the best version of yourself you can be. The program will be led by Mark Molony – A Co-founder of the Mindful Life Program. Mark is an experienced Mindfulness Teacher, Coach and Mental Health Social Worker. The breakdown of the 10-week program includes –

The first session will commence on Thursday 11th June at 5:00-7:00pm AEST. Each class will be conducted over 2 hours once a week. The online class will be conducted every Thursday for 10 consecutive weeks ending on Thursday 13th August.
The program will be limited to a class size of 15 participants. Should you miss a class, a video of the class will be offered to enrolled participants.
The whole program will be online utilising video conferencing software called Zoom which is free and easy installed on computers, laptops, iPads and phones
Your investment to participant in this 20 hour- the 10-week program is $AU 400 (GST included) or the US $260.
All participants will be provided with a pdf version of the Mindful Healing Companion Journal to support their learning throughout the program. They will also be provided with two months of free membership of the Mindful Life online Community that provides daily inspirational mindfulness practices and guidance.
