The Mindful Healing Program ( 8 weeks)
It is with great pleasure to announce the commencement of a new Mindful Healing Program. This series of 8 weekly 2 hour workshops provide support to individuals who are need of healing or recovery from injury, illness or hurt and for those just looking for a general improvement in their wellbeing. Mark Molony developed this program over the past two years as he compiled current research ideas on personal healing and mindfulness practices and strategies. Mark is a clinical social worker by training and has worked in private practice offering counselling/psychotherapy, coaching and Mindfulness teaching for approximately 20 years. Mark has experienced significant healing challenges in his life. He has also benefitted from the Wisdom of his clients who have shared their struggles and learning with him. Mark has also gained foundational understandings from his Mindfulness teaching both in Australia and the USA. Mark is one of the Co-Founders of the popular Mindful Life Program.
The Mindful Healing Program offers participants core insights and strategies to develop and implement a personal healing plan to improve your general wellbeing and help reduce personal suffering. The program introduces a series of useful insights and practices over the eight sessions to assist participant’s to implement a realistic and achievable healing plan to continue their healing after the program has ended.

This Mindful Healing Program will use online using Zoom so that participants will need a functional computer/iPad with Camera and sound.
Potential participants are encouraged to attend an online program Information session on Wednesday, Sept 23rd at 9 am (Australian Eastern Standard time ) or Tuesday, Sept 22nd, at 4 pm (Pacific Standard Time). The Zoom link for the program information session is below

The Mindful Healing Program Timetable
The program commences on Monday, Sept 28th at noon AEST – That is Sunday, Sept 27th at 7 pm (USA Pacific Standard time) and continues weekly for eight consecutive weeks concluding on Monday, Nov 16th (AEST) or Sunday, Nov 15th (USA PST). For those in the USA on /after Oct 4th, the sessions will be at 6 pm (USA Pacific Standard time) due to daylight savings changes in Australia. Each session will be two hours in duration.
Your investment to participate in the Mindful Healing Program is $275 (Au$ – including GST 10% in Australia). This is approximately US$200 on current exchange rates. Please indicate that payment is for the Mindful Healing Program. Payment is requested at the time of booking. All participants are given a Workshop companion journal (pdf version) and session updates after each of the eight sessions.
